Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end HR function for the organization.
  • Manage talent acquisition, including interviewing and hiring for multiple roles.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance.
  • Implement HR policies and ensure adherence across departments.
  • Lead performance management, training, and development programs.
  • Handle grievance management and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and exit processes.
  • Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager/Head or similar senior HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions (talent acquisition, payroll, compliance, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing organization.
  • MBA in HR or related field preferred.
