Job Summary:
  • This role assists the Plant Head and HR leadership in managing daily HR and administrative functions.
  • The ideal candidate will support end-to-end recruitment including job postings, resume shortlisting, coordination with placement agencies, and interview scheduling.
Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage basic HR operations such as attendance tracking, onboarding formalities, employee record maintenance, and documentation.
  2. Draft and communicate internal emails, office circulars, and employee notices professionally.
  3. Create and maintain Excel reports, HR dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations for reviews and audits.
  4. Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, awareness drives, and cleanliness campaigns in alignment with 5S principles.
  5. Interact with staff on the shopfloor, understand their needs, and support in resolving minor grievances.
  6. Support compliance documentation and audit preparedness for HR processes.
  7. Coordinate with external vendors, placement consultants, and training institutes for hiring activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fresh graduates or diploma holders (BBA/MBA-HR, B.Com, BA, or equivalent) with 0–1 year of experience in HR or admin functions.
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) with the ability to write professional emails and documents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with job portals and the ability to connect with training/placement partners.
  • Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and grow within the organization.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of HR software and systems.
