Job Title: Human Resources Director
You will lead and innovate across multiple HR functions, driving strategic initiatives to enhance employee experience and organizational performance.
- Talent Management
- Sustain a seamless onboarding process, ensuring new joiners receive comprehensive documentation and orientation.
- Maintain effective onboarding assessments to evaluate training and induction quality.
- Oversee asset allocation and management for new employees.
- Foster a supportive work environment by addressing queries, resolving issues, and promoting innovative approaches to enhance employee engagement.
- Policy Development & Implementation
- Design, develop, and implement HR policies in alignment with organizational culture and compliance requirements.
- Standardize HR processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
- Develop and maintain organizational hierarchy structures, ensuring clarity in reporting lines and role responsibilities.
- HR Systems & Reporting
- Maximize the utilization of Keka HRMS across payroll, leave, performance, and reporting modules.
- Prepare and present HR reports to leadership, covering workforce data, attrition, and engagement metrics.
- Analyze reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven HR strategies.
- Payroll Compliance & Administration
- Oversee end-to-end payroll management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Monitor adherence to compliance frameworks and regulatory updates.
- Promote fair and ethical workplace practices, upholding the Code of Conduct (COC) across all employee levels.
- Employee Performance & Relations
- Support increment meetings, providing inputs based on performance, market trends, and organizational policies.
- Drive HR Connect initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, culture, and communication.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on HR-related matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- a+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance.
