About the Role

We're looking for a
Brand and Outreach Associate
, a full-time on-site role who can help us
build visibility, generate B2B leads, and drive strategic partnerships
as we scale. You'll work directly with the founding team across sales, marketing, and operations, contributing to how the brand grows from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage Blinq's online presence across social and digital platforms.
  • Create engaging content and marketing materials that tell our brand story.
  • Support B2B lead generation through research, outreach, and campaigns.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance to optimize future efforts.
  • Assist in PR, events, and partnership outreach with external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in
    B2B Sales/Marketing
    (automotive, mobility, SaaS, or EV preferred)
  • Prior experience in a
    startup or small team
    environment is highly desirable
  • Creative, organized, and eager to learn.

Tools & Technical Proficiency

  • Marketing: Canva, Notion, Google Analytics, Meta/LinkedIn Ads Manager
  • Communication: PowerPoint/Keynote, Docs, Sheets, Slides
  • Basic design or video-editing skills for social media assets
  • CRM: HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce (any one)
