The Team

You'll work directly with the Head of Growth & Product and closely with the Founder.

● Founder: Amit Sah - BIT Mesra, IIM Bangalore, ex-OYO, Ola, Pristyn; previously built Zoplar (Blume, Beenext, Titan-funded)

● Head of Growth & Product: Arushi Arora - IIT Delhi, ex-BCG, Urban Company (7 yrs), scaled UC's fastest-growing vertical

Role Summary

OZI is looking for a proactive and creative Brand Associate to support our digital brand presence and content production efforts. If you're passionate about social media, have a flair for creativity, understand SEO and analytics, and don't mind rolling up your sleeves to coordinate shoots and bring ideas to life, then this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment in Brand Team.

You'll be part of our fast-moving, bold Brand Team, working directly on real campaigns, experimenting with fresh ideas, learning the ropes of brand-building, and creating content that stands out.

Key Responsibilities

● Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content and brand campaigns across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)

● Collaborate with the team to conceptualize creative content ideas and help align them with the brand's tone and strategy

● Assist in coordinating and managing photoshoots and video shoots – from scheduling, aligning the shoot plan and assets with content needs

● Support actual shoot operations when needed (handling equipment, assisting the creative team, ensuring smooth execution)

● Monitor platform analytics and generate performance reports to optimize content strategy

● Maintain and update content calendars and Excel sheets to track campaigns, deadlines, content assets, and shoot schedules

● Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve content visibility

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual storytelling

● Knowledge of social media platforms and trends

● Familiarity with SEO concepts, Google Analytics, and platform insights

● Proficient in Excel – comfortable managing data, calendars and timelines

● Organized and detail-oriented, especially when it comes to shoot scheduling and asset management

● Comfortable assisting in photoshoots and video shoots (can handle basic equipment, follow shoot plans, and ensure creative alignment)

● Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude

● Good with Copywriting and scripting

● Passionate about digital marketing and eager to learn
