Role Overview

We're looking for a passionate and strategic Brand Associate/Manager who can take ownership of how KwikMedi is perceived, trusted, and loved. You will be instrumental in crafting and executing our brand positioning, communication, partnerships, and consumer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement brand strategy in line with company goals.

* Drive campaigns across digital and offline channels to improve brand visibility and user trust.

* Plan and execute content across social media, print, and digital ads.

* Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure brand consistency.

* Monitor brand performance metrics (awareness, engagement, NPS) and derive actionable insights.

* Conduct competitor benchmarking and audience research to refine communication.

* Manage partnerships and local outreach programs for brand building.

* Supervise creatives, brand guidelines, and packaging aesthetics (medicine delivery pouches, etc.).

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field (MBA preferred for Manager role).

* 1–4 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in healthcare, FMCG, or consumer tech.

* Strong understanding of consumer behavior and regional market insights.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Experience with digital marketing tools, content marketing, and brand campaigns.

* Creative thinker with a bias for action and data-driven decision-making.
