Role Description

We are looking for a skilled Pattern Master (Knits)
for a full-time, on-site role based in
Gurgaon
. The Pattern Master will be responsible for developing accurate patterns for knitwear categories, ensuring high standards of fit and construction. The role involves interpreting design sketches, drafting, modifying, and grading patterns using
Optitex software
, and collaborating closely with designers, technical, and production teams.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a
    Pattern Master with strong expertise in knits
  • Proficiency in drafting, modifying, and grading garment patterns
  • Hands-on experience with Optitex (CAD software)
    for pattern making
  • Strong knowledge of fabric behavior, construction techniques, and fit standards
  • Ability to collaborate with designers, merchandisers, and production teams
  • High attention to detail, precision, and problem-solving ability
  • Relevant industry experience in garment manufacturing is essential
  • Degree/diploma in Fashion Design, Pattern Making, or related field preferred
