Position: Production Manager – Bespoke Fashion Shop
Location: Sector 67, Gurgaon

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (6 days a week)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a sharp and dependable Production Manager to oversee end-to-end garment production in our bespoke fashion shop. The role requires strong coordination between designers, masters, and clients to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of customized outfits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take detailed handovers from designers regarding client requirements, designs, and measurements.
  • Review fabric quality, quantity, and suitability before starting production.
  • Ensure all required materials and details are properly organized in the handover bag.
  • Brief masters/tailors clearly on designs, measurements, and any special client requirements.
  • Check fabric pattern placement and confirm accuracy before cutting.
  • Guide and supervise masters/tailors during production to avoid errors or miss-outs.
  • Act as the communication bridge with clients in case of any challenges or clarifications during production.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks of completed outfits to ensure accuracy and finishing.
  • Oversee proper packaging and ensure garments are delivery-ready.
  • Monitor and track productivity of the tailoring team with daily output records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Fashion Design (NIFT or Tier-1 fashion institute preferred).
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in bespoke garment production/operations.
  • Strong styling, design, and fashion knowledge with an eye for detail.
  • Prior experience working with a renowned designer or luxury fashion brand.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage masters/tailors.
  • Strong understanding of fabrics, tailoring techniques, and client-specific requirements.
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
