Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Pattern Master, located in Gurugram. The Senior Pattern Master will be responsible for creating accurate patterns based on designers' sketches, managing sample-making processes, and ensuring the fit and quality of the garments. The role also involves collaborating with designers, production teams, and quality control departments to ensure the vision and standards of the designer are upheld. The Senior Pattern Master will also be responsible for troubleshooting any pattern-related issues that arise during production.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Pattern Making and Draping
  • Experience with CAD software and other pattern drafting software
  • Strong understanding of garment construction and sewing techniques
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with designers and production teams
  • Previous experience in the fashion industry is highly desirable
  • A degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Pattern Making, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary

  • 60 - 85K depending on the experience of the candidate
