Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pattern Master located in Gurgaon. The Pattern Master will be responsible for developing and creating patterns, ensuring accurate fit and design adjustments, and collaborating closely with the design and product development teams. Daily tasks include drafting patterns, grading sizes, making technical adjustments, and ensuring the patterns meet production and quality standards. The role requires maintaining detailed records of patterns, revisions, and technical specifications, as well as troubleshooting fitting issues and implementing necessary changes to refine garment fit and production efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in pattern making, drafting, and grading
  • Experience in fit analysis, garment construction, and technical adjustments
  • Proficiency with pattern making software and tools
  • Strong understanding of various fabrics, textile properties, and garment construction techniques
  • Excellent attention to detail and precision in technical documentation
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot fit and construction issues
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Pattern Making, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in the apparel manufacturing industry is a plus
