Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer Relationship Manager to nurture and manage long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and our internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, client satisfaction, and continuous business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Understand client needs, concerns, and objectives to offer tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
  • Prepare and present reports on client interactions, project status, and satisfaction levels.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling consultancy services.
  • Ensure client retention through proactive engagement and excellent service quality.
  • Support business development initiatives by contributing to client proposals and presentations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer relationship management or client servicing (preferably in consultancy or service-based industries).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and email communication.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22, ₹25,000.00 per month
