Job Summary:

We are seeking a
Client Relationship Executive
with excellent communication skills to manage dealer relationships over the phone. The ideal candidate will be
multilingual
, confident in customer interaction, and skilled in building strong long-term relationships. This is an
office-based role
focused on appointment coordination, relationship management, and ensuring dealer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to
    dealers to schedule appointments
    and follow-ups
  • Maintain
    professional and friendly communication
    with all clients
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with dealers and customers
  • Ensure all appointments are logged and updated in the
    CRM system
    or database
  • Provide product or service information when required during calls
  • Handle client inquiries or minor concerns with a
    customer-first approach
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, service, logistics) for smooth coordination
  • Follow up with clients to confirm meetings and ensure satisfaction

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in
    English, Malayalam, and Hindi
    (spoken and written)
  • Excellent
    telephone etiquette
    and communication skills
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal abilities
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software or willingness to learn
  • Organized, with attention to detail and follow-up
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced office environment

Qualifications:

  • Minimum:
    Diploma / Bachelor's degree
    in any discipline
  • Experience in
    customer service, Tele calling, or client relations
    preferred
  • Freshers with strong language skills and confidence may also apply
