Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Managing the recruitment process, conducting interviews, and ensuring new hires are properly onboarded.
  • Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Benefits Administration: Managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Compliance: Ensuring the organization adheres to labor laws and company policies.
  • Performance Management: Assisting with performance evaluations, feedback, and goal-setting for employees.
  • Training and Development: Identifying training needs, coordinating workshops, and supporting professional development.
  • HR Administration: Managing HR data, updating HR policies, and maintaining employee records.
  • Compliance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitoring regulatory changes, conducting compliance audits, and reporting compliance issues.
  • Policy Development and Implementation: Creating, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Working with other departments, including legal and IT, to ensure compliance and support HR initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in HR, compliance, or a related area.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹55, ₹60,145.16 per month
