The Training & Development Executive will be responsible for assessing training needs, designing and implementing employee development programs, and coordinating both internal and external training sessions. The role involves maintaining the training calendar, tracking participation, evaluating program effectiveness, and ensuring all learning initiatives support organizational goals and employee growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify training needs through performance appraisals, feedback, and skill gap analysis.Design, develop, and deliver in-house training sessions and coordinate with external trainers.Maintain the annual training calendar, attendance records, and training reports.Evaluate training effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment between training programs and business goals.Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.1–3 years of experience in Training & Development.Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills.Proficiency in MS Office and exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an added advantage.Required Skills:
 Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage multiple programs simultaneously. Passion for learning and employee development.
