Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pilot Instructor located in Thiruvananthapuram. The Pilot Instructor will be responsible for conducting pilot training sessions, overseeing simulator training, evaluating pilot performance, developing instructional materials, and ensuring adherence to safety standards. The role also involves mentoring students, facilitating classroom learning, and maintaining training records.

Qualifications

• Experience with DGCA syllabus
• Proficiency in Student training and Piloting
• Type Rating experience is valuable
• Strong communication and Tutoring skills
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic training environment
• Bachelor's degree in any related field is a plus.
• A valid CPL (Commercial Pilot License) is needed. ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License) is a plus.
