Client Training & Enablement Specialist (Technical Trainer _ Hybrid)

Job Summary:

Facilitate end-to-end technical and product training for employees, customers, and partners through both virtual and instructor-led sessions. Design engaging learning experiences grounded in adult learning principles and ensure continuous improvement of training effectiveness and materials.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Training Delivery –
Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline delivery strategies and take ownership of end-to-end training execution. Facilitate virtual and instructor-led sessions for employees, customers, and partners based on project needs and skill requirements.

Delivery Methodology -
Apply Adult Learning Principles (ALP), experiential, and cognitive learning methodologies to design engaging and effective learning experiences. Create a dynamic and inclusive learning environment using varied modalities to address diverse learner needs.

Delivery Content Development & Review –
Develop and maintain training materials, including trainer and participant guides, ensuring alignment with product updates and business objectives. Review content regularly and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and high-quality training deliverables.

Learner Engagement –
Serve as the primary point of contact for learners throughout the enablement journey. Understand learner's requirements and enable them to achieve certification.

Platform Maintenance –
Lead, Maintain the learning management platform (backend configurations) for the launch of new training and supporting existing training offerings.

Learner Success –
Comes with a learner-first mindset to enable learners to achieve certification.

Gather and analyze learner feedback to identify areas for improvement. Establish a feedback loop with the training design team and contribute to the development and refinement of training content and strategies.

Reporting –
Analyze training data, reports, and learner feedback to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Track and report training metrics, adoption trends, and learner outcomes to stakeholders.

Team Player –
Foster a collaborative environment and encourage open communication within the learning team.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proven experience in delivering virtual and instructor-led training for technical audiences.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with strong customer service orientation.
  • Extensive experience in the technical training domain and familiarity with programming languages like Java or Python, SQL, testing frameworks, Maven and application development lifecycle.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Skilled in reporting and analytics, including data interpretation, dashboard creation, and report automation.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams, coordinate projects, and ensure training compliance and adoption.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and composure when operating in high-paced or dynamic environments.
  • Open to occasional domestic and international travel for training or business purposes.

Education and Experience:

Undergraduate or Postgraduate, or Engineering in Computer Science.

One to Two years of technical training experience required.

Extensive experience in the technical training domain and familiarity with programming languages like Java or Python, SQL, testing frameworks, Maven and application development lifecycle.

This position is based at Bangalore and would require to be working from Bangalore office in hybrid Mode (Twice a week)
