Role & responsibilities
Managing the training program in all cities and has to work with helpers/drivers, executives and managers through classroom training, online video viewing and handbook reading. Managethefeedbackloop, any escalation or deviation from SOP shall come back to this trainer as feedback and the same needs to be solved through retraining. Subjectmatter expert for the appliance category Design,develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs on warehouse processes, quality control procedures, and policies Conductregular training sessions to ensure all warehouse staff possess the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties effectively Coachandmentorwarehousestaff Helpers/Drivers on best practices for quality control, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Observewarehouseoperations and identify areas for improvement in quality and process efficiency. Developandimplementnewprocesses to optimize warehouse operations and ensure adherence to quality standards Maintainandupdatetraining materials to reflect any changes in policies or procedures Collaborate with the other teams to identify and address quality control issues Trackandmeasuretheeffectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed Supportthecontinuous improvement of warehouse operations by identifying and implementing new technologies and best practices Prepareandmaintain documentation related to training programs and quality control procedures Stayup-to-date on industry best practices related to warehouse operations and quality management
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years of experience in after sales service. Provenexperience in developing and delivering training programs. Strongunderstanding of warehouse processes, quality control procedures, after sales service trainings Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment. Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/G Suite. Apassionforquality and continuous improvement. Atechnicalbackground in after sales services of appliances I guess is a plus in this role and this role can also help in content building
