The back office in Kozhikode supports key operations, ensuring smooth coordination, performance management, and HR excellence across global teams.
Role Overview
The
HR Manager
will lead the full spectrum of HR functions — from
talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement
to
HR compliance and systems development
. The role will ensure that people practices align with the organization's business strategy, culture, and growth objectives.
This position is based out of
Kozhikode, India
, but will work closely with the senior management team in
Dubai
to support GCC operations.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Management
- Implement and manage KPI-based performance evaluation systems.
- Support department heads in conducting quarterly and annual appraisals.
- Design and monitor employee development plans aligned with business goals.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Foster a positive, high-performance culture rooted in collaboration, learning, and accountability.
- Organize engagement and recognition programs to boost morale and retention.
- Act as a bridge between management and staff to ensure smooth communication and trust.
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs in coordination with department heads.
- Partner with internal trainers to deliver upskilling programs for staff and managers.
- Promote a continuous learning environment aligned with our academy's values.
Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee payroll accuracy in coordination with Finance.
- Review salary structures, incentives, and retention plans to ensure competitiveness.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies.
Compliance & Emiratisation
- Maintain HR documentation, visa records, and staff files as per UAE regulations.
- Stay updated on all MOL and MOHRE regulations and ensure timely implementation.
Policy Development & HR Systems
- Update HR policies and employee handbook in line with evolving company needs.
- Manage HRMS/LMS integrations for attendance, leaves, and performance tracking.
- Drive digital transformation of HR operations for efficiency and transparency.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in HR.
- Experience in the training, education, or service sector preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour law, visa processes, and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
