Job Description:
We are looking for a Process Associate to support our finance and billing operations. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounts receivable, billing, and payment processes.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily finance operations and billing tasks.
- Track payments and manage customer accounts.
- Work on tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, and Zuora.
- Maintain data accuracy and perform reconciliations.
- Prepare simple reports in Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Complete assigned tasks within given timelines.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in finance operations, accounts receivable, or billing support.
- Knowledge of Zendesk/Salesforce and Zuora preferred.
- Basic Excel skills and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹480,000.00 per year
