Hi, Were looking for a Client Acquisition Manager with strong experience in IT Staffing specifically SAP (C2H & Full-Time requirements) to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire and onboard new clients for payroll (C2H) and full-time staffing services.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers in IT and consulting firms.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage the end-to-end client acquisition cycle.
- Collaborate with the delivery and recruitment teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Focus on SAP client requirements and maintain long-term business partnerships.
Requirements:
- 6 to 10 years of experience in client acquisition / business development for IT staffing.
- Proven track record in SAP-based client sourcing (C2H & permanent).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet aggressive business targets.
