Customer Support Executive

- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers and partners.
- Explain Agrigrader's services, benefits, and processes clearly and effectively.
- Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain customer data and call records in CRM tools.
- Follow up with leads and ensure successful registration or onboarding.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for lead nurturing and closures.
- Qualifications & Skills:Education: Minimum 10 2 / Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome; experience in telesales or agri-related sector preferred).
- Languages: Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, Google Sheets).
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
