Key Responsibilities:

- **Addressing Customer Inquiries**:Providing prompt and accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies.
- **Resolving Issues**:Handling complaints, troubleshooting problems, and finding solutions to customer concerns.
- **Ensuring Customer Satisfaction**:Taking proactive steps to ensure customers are happy with their interactions and the services provided.
- **Maintaining Customer Relationships**:Building trust and rapport with customers, fostering loyalty and positive feedback.
- **Product/Service Knowledge**:Staying up-to-date on company offerings and effectively communicating this knowledge to customers.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- **Collaboration**:Working with other teams and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- **Process Improvement**:Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and recommend changes.
- **Training and Development**:May be involved in training new hires and developing ongoing training for existing support staff.
- **Team Leadership (in some cases)**:May supervise a team of support representatives and provide guidance and mentorship

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
