We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient
Talent Data & Research Specialist
to support our Talent Operations team by improving the accuracy, completeness, and quality of our candidate prospect database. Your work will ensure that our recruiting team operates from clean, actionable data and that our executive outreach efforts are supported by well-researched, fully enriched candidate profiles.
As a key partner to the Head of Talent Acquisition and Chief Veterinary Officer, you will take ownership of prospect list maintenance, remove duplicates, identify and exclude current employees, enrich profiles with missing information, and conduct targeted research across public sources to fill data gaps. You will be empowered to log and track your work to create transparency and measurable outcomes, ensuring that we always know the health of our recruiting pipeline.
What You'll Do

Maintain Data Integrity
by cleaning duplicates, removing current employees from prospect lists, and ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
●
Enrich Candidate Profiles
by adding missing details such as titles, locations, and contact information to support personalized executive outreach.
●
Scrub Public Sources
(LinkedIn, professional directories, etc.) for missing candidate data when information is incomplete.
●
Log Work & Results
consistently, creating an auditable record of data updates and allowing progress to be measured over time.
What You'll Bring
● Experience working with
Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Greenhouse)
and familiarity with candidate prospecting lists.
●
Proficiency with Google Suite
(Sheets, Docs, Drive) for tracking, reporting, and data management.
● Exceptional
attention to detail
and a methodical approach to data entry and enrichment.
● Ability to work
efficiently and independently
, logging your work clearly for leadership review.
● Strong
responsiveness during your working hours
and comfort communicating progress or blockers.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources

Business Administration
,
Commerce
,
Psychology
, or a related field is
required
. - Postgraduate qualification
(MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or equivalent) is
