Dear Candidates we have an urgent opening in our organization for the Role of HR Officer at Mumbai HO

Job location : Fort

Office time : 10.00 am to 5.30 pm

Working Days : 5 Days - (Alternate Saturdays will be WFH)

Role & responsibilities :

A. Recruitment:

  1. Manage the recruitment process to meet the hiring needs within specified time frame.

  2. Guide line managers to write clear job descriptions and Job Specifications which accurately reflect the requirements of the position.

  3. Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards (Naukri and LinkedIn), networking, referrals, and direct outreach to identify potential candidates.

  4. Review applications to shortlist qualified candidates. Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess the candidates for fitment of the role.

  5. Coordinate and conduct in-person or virtual interviews with hiring managers.

  6. Follow-up with shortlisted candidates for documentation process and verification.

  7. Conduct 3rd party background verification process of shortlisted candidates and keep track.

  8. Build and maintain candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.

B. Data Management:

  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.

  2. Preparing weekly and monthly recruitment reports and various other MIS.

  3. Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track the effectiveness of the recruitment process.

C. On-Boarding:

  1. Be the owner of On-Boarding process and track On-Boarding feedback from the newly joined employees.

  2. Follow-up with employees for timely submission of the feedback.

  3. Collate and compile the feedbacks and prepare MIS.

D. Training & Development:

  1. Assist manpower HR & Line Manager to Identify the training needs and record the same.

  2. Schedule and co-ordinate for induction programme/ various training programme with all POs and Factories.

  3. Development of content/ PPTs/ Training Materials.

  4. Maintain and track Pre and Post training programme MIS.

In addition to above job responsibilities, the incumbent would also work on various assignments given time to time.

Preferred candidate profile :

Candidate who can join in 15 days.

Should have experience in end to end recruitment in Infrastructure, Engineering and construction, manufacturing industry.
