Role & responsibilities :
Managing day to day admin operations.
Stationary & Asset Management
Maintaining complete discipline in the office.
Monitoring Safety and Hygiene where ever required.
Making provision for staff accommodation
Maintaining Fire & Safety in and around the Office premises
Responsible and accountable for to co-ordinate Special Economic Zone (SEZ) compliance - Asset Clearance, Invoice Clearance, bonding, de-bonding, scrap process, DTA endorsements, Bill of Entry compliance, Annual performance report to SEZ, Softex and recharges invoice clearance. Employee SEZ ID cards.
Inward and outward courier management both domestic and international
Stay current and up to date on any changes that may affect the supply and demand of needed products and materials and advise others of any impact
Ensure that the function operates in accordance with statutory & organisational health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
Desired Profile:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in administration and SEZ compliance
- 2+years of experience in team management role
