Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Back Office Employee. The Back Office Employee will be responsible for handling and managing all back-office operations, supporting customer service processes, preparing and reviewing financial documentation, coordinating with sales teams, and ensuring streamlined administrative tasks to support the organization's operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Back Office Operations, including data entry, documentation, and administrative tasks
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to liaise effectively with teams and clients
  • Basic knowledge of Finance-related processes to prepare and review financial reports
  • Ability to coordinate with Sales teams to assist in achieving organizational goals
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and other relevant software
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field is preferred
