Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back Office Associate based in Mumbai. The Back Office Associate will be responsible for handling back-office operations, supporting administrative processes, and ensuring efficient workflow. Key responsibilities include managing records and data, providing customer support, assisting with finance-related tasks, and coordinating with sales teams as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Back Office Operations, including managing records, data processing, and general administrative tasks.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of Finance to assist with relevant tasks and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Familiarity with supporting Sales operations and contributing to related functions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site environment in Mumbai.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software is a plus.
