SysMind is seeking a passionate and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our internal hiring team within the staffing domain. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality talent within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures.

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal databases.

• Maintain a strong focus on providing an exceptional candidate experience.

• Ensure adherence to HR policies, compliance standards, and recruitment best practices.

• Handle multiple hiring mandates simultaneously with accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• 6 months – 3 years of proven experience in internal hiring or staffing.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with ownership and agility.
