About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and driven IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring for technology roles. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of IT skills, technologies, and hiring trends, along with strong communication and coordination abilities to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across various technologies and domains.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through multiple platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Understand client or project requirements and translate them into effective job descriptions.
  • Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track hiring metrics.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely and quality closures.
  • Stay updated on the latest IT hiring trends and market insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruitment (agency or corporate).
  • Strong knowledge of IT technologies (e.g., Java, Python, Cloud, Data Engineering, DevOps, etc.).
  • Experience using job portals, Boolean search, and LinkedIn sourcing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working on both permanent and contractual IT roles.
  • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment analytics.
  • Strong coordination skills with technical panels and stakeholders.
