Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve operational systems, processes, and policies to support the company's mission.
- Oversee daily operations, including supply chain, logistics, inventory, and facilities.
- Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Finance, HR, and Procurement.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and quality standards.
- Implement best practices in operations management and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage budgets and forecasts; monitor financial performance and operational expenses.
- Lead, train, and develop staff to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely and effective manner.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
