· Follow-ups with the customers to generate positive feedback on Amazon & Flipkart.

· Remove the negative review on Amazon & Flipkart

· Maintain the Excel sheets, uploading the data on Software.

· The candidate needs to call the customers to post positive reviews once the customers purchase from Amazon & Flipkart.

Desired Candidate

Qualifications & Skills Required:

· Educational Qualifications – Graduate in any field

· Experience – 1- 2 years in managing ratings & reviews on online portals or any telecalling profile

· Basic Excel is preferred

· Excellent communication skills

· All Saturdays are working (Six days working)

· Timing:- 9:30 am to 6:00 pm

· Will be working at our HO in Khar west - 2 min walk from the Station.

Location – Khar West (Candidate residing in Western line will be preferred)

Salary Range

18K to 20K (Depends upon the candidate)
