Responsibilities:● Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.● Optimize sales processes for efficiency.● Collaborate with sales leadership for forecasting and planning.● Oversee CRM implementation and data accuracy.● Prepare and present regular sales reports.● Provide sales enablement support and training.● Utilize data analytics for process improvement.● Design and implement sales compensation plans.● Evaluate and implement sales technologies.● Foster cross -functional collaboration.
