**Location**: Noida / South Delhi

**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 per month

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Customer Management**:

- Build and maintain relationships with **B2B and B2C customers**.
- Identify new sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Address customer queries and provide excellent service.
- **Vendor & Dealer Management**:

- Onboard and manage relationships with vendors and dealers.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure timely deliveries.
- **Operations & Office Setup**:

- Assist in setting up the office center and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for infrastructure and logistics.
- **Marketing & BTL Activities**:

- Plan and execute **BTL marketing strategies** to boost brand visibility.
- Organize events, roadshows, and promotions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to drive campaigns.

**Key Requirements**:

- **1-3 years** of experience in **Sales, Operations, or Business Development**.
- Experience in **Automobile, EV, or E-commerce** industries is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
