Experience
8 - 10 years' experience in at least one of the products under each heading of the core technologies
5+ years' experience in Commvault
Working experience in environments containing the specialisation technologies
Managed Services experience
Excellent knowledge and experience in ticketing tools, preferably Service Now

Education and Training
Any of following will be highly regarded

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related discipline

• ITIL Foundation certification v3 / v4

• Commvault: Certified Professional / Certified Engineer / Certified Expert

• Veritas: Certified Professional Data Protection
• Veeam: Certified Engineer / Certified architect
• DellEMC: Certified Associate / Certified Specialist

• Microsoft: MCSA / MCSE

• Linux: RHCE

• VMWare (VCP or VCAP) certification

• Azure / AWS Certification
