**Job Summary**

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Technical Specialist. This individual will be responsible for the support and maintenance of our software application, ensuring seamless performance and optimal functionality.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Provide expert-level technical assistance to resolve system defects and bugs, suggesting potential solutions and change assessments.
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain calculations, reports, and tools within the application, collaborating with data architects and project teams.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights, guiding business decisions.
  • Assist in data load processes and create/maintain technical documentation for logic flows, user interfaces, data stores, and workflows.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
  • 6+ years of experience in compensation management tools, with 4+ years specifically in Varicent sales compensation software/application.
  • Proven expertise in building and maintaining configuration tables, calculations, and data mappings.
  • Proficiency in programming languages (JavaScript, Python, Groovy) and database query design (SQL, Excel).
  • Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills, with exceptional communication abilities.
