Role Description

We are seeking a Pan Asian Executive Chef for a full-time, on-site position located in New Delhi. The Executive Chef will be responsible for curating, planning, and executing exceptional Pan Asian menus that align with our standards of excellence for an upcoming chain of outlets. Daily responsibilities include setting SOPs, determined recipes, team building and providing consistent quality. The role also includes inventory management, supplier coordination, and mentoring and training the culinary team for skill development and seamless operation.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Pan Asian Cuisine, with expertise in creating authentic flavor profiles and innovative dishes.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising and training kitchen staff.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and inventory management practices.
  • Organizational and planning abilities for menu development, event catering, and kitchen operations.
  • Creativity and a passion for culinary excellence, supported by problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or senior culinary position specializing in Pan Asian cuisine.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in culinary arts or hospitality management are preferred.
