Vacancy: Admin & Accounts Executive / Store Manager

Location: Sulur, Coimbatore

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Admin & Accounts Executive / Store Manager to handle day-to-day office administration, accounts-related tasks, and stock management. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day office administration (filing, clerical work, records management).

Manage accounts and bookkeeping tasks.

Oversee attendance records and ensure weekly salary remittances.

Handle stock management and maintain accurate store accounts.

Coordinate with management for smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

Educational Qualification: B.Com / BBA / Any degree with accounts knowledge.

Basic knowledge of accounts and office administration.

Strong organizational and clerical skills.

Female candidates preferred.

Must possess a valid two-wheeler license.

Candidates residing in or near Sulur, Coimbatore will be preferred.
