Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Founder's Office (Marketing Operations) position, located in Noida. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing marketing operations, developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the execution of marketing plans. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with cross-functional teams, optimizing marketing processes, and contributing to the company's mission of growth and success.

Qualifications

  • Marketing strategy development and implementation skills
  • Experience in managing marketing campaigns and analyzing market trends
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in a marketing operations role is a plus
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of the business contact search industry is beneficial
