Customer Success Manager (Forex Market)

About the Role:

We're looking for a proactive Customer Success Manager to onboard, support, and grow our client base in the forex market. You'll be the primary point of contact for clients ensuring smooth onboarding, resolving queries, and driving retention and upsell.

What you'll do:

  • Onboard new clients and guide them through platform setup and KYC.
  • Handle client queries via calls, email, and WhatsApp; ensure quick resolution.
  • Educate clients on forex basics, risk awareness, and product features.
  • Monitor account health and usage; drive renewals, retention, and upsell.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Dealing Desk, and Compliance teams.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and share weekly MIS/CSAT reports.

What you'll need:

  • Excellent spoken & written English, confident client communication.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer-first attitude, and problem solving.
  • Basic understanding/interest in financial markets (forex preferred).
  • Comfort with CRM/Excel/Google Sheets; quick learner.
  • Ability to work from our office.
