We are seeking a highly creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to own and execute our social media, content, and performance marketing strategies. This is a hands-on role for a "maker" – someone who can conceptualize a campaign, design the graphics, edit the video, write the copy, and analyze the results. Key Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in a digital marketing role with a heavy focus on content creation and social media management.
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in graphic design, video editing, and content creation.
  • Technical & Creative Software Proficiency is a MUST:
  • Graphic Design: Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
  • Video Production: Expert-level skills in video editing, video mixing, and AI video making tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, HeyGen, etc.).
  • Content & AI: Experience using AI tools to enhance content ideation, scripting, and creation efficiency.
  • Platform Expertise:
  • In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X) and their best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging copy for different audiences and platforms.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and visual storytelling. Key Responsibilities:

1. Core Content Creation: Graphics & Video (Hands-On Role)

This is the central function of this role. You will be directly responsible for creating visually compelling content from concept to execution.

  • Graphic Design:
  • Design and produce a high volume of engaging static and motion graphics for social media posts, digital advertisements, web banners, and email newsletters.
  • Masterfully use Adobe Photoshop for advanced image editing, compositing, and custom graphic creation.
  • Efficiently use Canva to create on-brand templates and quickly produce high-quality marketing materials.
  • Video Production & Editing:
  • Shoot, edit, and produce professional-grade videos for various platforms, including short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and longer-form explainer videos.
  • Perform end-to-end video editing, including cutting, sequencing, color correction, audio mixing, and adding motion graphics/effects.
  • Utilize AI video-making tools to innovate, automate, and enhance video content production.
  • Skillfully handle video mixing to create dynamic, multi-clip sequences for promotional videos and social media content.

2. Digital Marketing & Social Media Management

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence across all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video) to achieve lead generation and conversion goals.
  • Manage and grow our online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments/messages, and building brand loyalty.

3. Strategy & Analytics

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all content and marketing campaigns using key metrics (KPIs).
  • Use data-driven insights from Google Analytics and social media platforms to continuously improve content strategy and campaign effectiveness. Work Experience:
  • A proven track record of managing social media accounts that have demonstrated growth in engagement and followers.
  • Experience creating a full content cycle: from concept storyboarding to final video/graphic publication.
  • Demonstrable experience running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Google and social media platforms.
  • Experience working in an agency or a fast-paced environment where managing multiple clients/projects was required is a significant plus. How to Apply:
