Inside Sales Representative

Job Description:
Visionet Systems, Inc. is a privately held and employee-owned company headquartered in Cranbury, New Jersey. Visionet offers a range of technology and back-office operations support services, serving over 350 customers globally, with a strong team of over 9K+ and growing.
Responsibilities:
- 1-3 years of proven inside sales experience with the US market, preferably in BPM/BPO services, Contact Center, or mortgage domains
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn connections to potential prospects
- Generating leads and securing meetings with CXOs to drive business growth
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
- Explaining and demonstrating the value add of our services and solutions
- Collaborating effectively across different teams to drive sales and customer engagement
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- 1- 3 years' experience in Inside sales for BPM/BPO, Contact Center, or Mortgage services
- Willing to work from office and in the US time zone
