Function: Managing Human Resource (Soul of the company)

Reporting to: CEO

Job Purpose:

  • Recruitment
  • Team Engagement
  • Team Member life cycle documentation.

Job Responsibility :

  • Recruitment - Searching for candidates to onboarding of new team members.
  • Building a funnel of eligible candidates for various roles.
  • Maintaining all records related to team members.
  • Reporting - weekly / monthly / quarterly

Education Qualification:

  • Any Degree / Diploma
  • MBA
  • Mandatory - Graduation.

Core Skills and Competencies:

  • Knowledge of the recruitment process.
  • People skills
  • Excellent communication skills in the local language of the state / region, Hindi and English.

Background / Experience :

  • HR for 1 year.
  • Recruitment Experience

Software Knowledge :

  • Google Workspace. Docs / Sheets / Slides
  • Microsoft Office. Word / Excel / Powerpoint
  • Online recruitment portals

Day to Day Activities :

  • Conducting recruitment/exit interviews and recording them accordingly
  • Facilitating newcomers joining formalities – Onboarding Support and Framework
  • Reviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions regularly.
  • Handling monthly payroll and yearly Statutory Benefits for employees.
  • Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance laws and regulations
  • Follow up on confirmation records statutory obligations - PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity, bonus etc.
  • Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees.
  • Handling administration of all Blue Collar Employees.
  • Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/ attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the management.
  • Handling all employee enquiries & grievances.
  • Scheduling Interviews and Drafting of Offer letters in consultation with Management.
  • Conducting Reviews
  • Planning and executing Team Engagement activities and Motivational activities.
  • Planning Training Programs.
