** Key Responsibilities
Training & Development
- Design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs for newly hired trainees (NHTs)
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new sales personnel
- Develop training materials, modules, and assessment tools
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through regular assessments
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to sales team members
Performance Management
- Track and analyze individual and team performance metrics
- Identify skill gaps and create targeted improvement plans
- Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions
- Maintain detailed training records and progress reports
Sales Support & Intervention
- Critical Requirement: Actively step in to assist new trainees who struggle with closing sales deals
- Demonstrate practical sales techniques through real-time deal closure
- Provide hands-on support during challenging sales situations
- Ensure successful deal completion when trainees face difficulties
Team Leadership
- Lead by example in sales best practices
- Foster a positive and motivating learning environment
- Collaborate with sales managers to align training with business objectives
- Support team morale and maintain high engagement levels
** Must-Have Qualifications
Experience and Background
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 4-7 years of proven experience in sales training and development
- Strong track record of training newly hired trainees (NHTs)
- Demonstrated ability to close sales deals independently
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in developing training curricula and materials
Skills & Competencies
- Strong sales acumen with hands-on closing experience
- Excellent interpersonal and mentoring abilities
- Analytical skills for performance assessment
- Adaptability to work in night shifts and day shifts both
- Proficiency in training tools and CRM systems
Leadership and team management capabilities
Important Note - we need people who have core experience in training people in sales we are not looking for sales manager who trained their team that means we need someone who has hundred percent of work as core training only rather than some part of the job involving the training apply accordingly.
