We're hiring

At **Zoff Foods**, we're scaling up fast and I'm looking to hire our **first in-house Talent Recruiter** to help us bring great people on board across India.

This is a **new role**, so I'm specifically looking for someone who can:

* Be a **self-starter** and set up the recruitment function from scratch

* Build hiring processes and basic systems (job descriptions, pipelines, evaluation formats, etc.)

* Handle **end-to-end hiring** for roles across operations, sales, marketing, finance, and tech

* Partner closely with the leadership team to understand the business and hire accordingly

* Scope: Pan-India hiring across multiple functions

* Compensation: **₹6–10 LPA**, depending on current CTC and fit
