
Unit Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth for the unit.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, and provide regular reports on market trends and competitor activities.
- Client Relationship Management: Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and expand the client base.
- Business Development: Identify new opportunities, generate leads, and recruit new sales advisors or representatives to build a strong team and customer base.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as operations and underwriting, to ensure the seamless execution of sales plans and efficient processing of customer needs.
- Training and Development: Provide continuous training on products, business processes, and selling techniques to the sales team.

- Good communication and presentation skills for client-facing engagements.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategy.
- Relationship management and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in digital platforms and tools for managing sales activities.
- Ability to travel locally and collaborate with the central team.
