Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Online Teacher who can teach any two of the following subjects: Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting online classes, developing educational content, checking assignments, and contributing to our premium online coaching platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach live online classes (evening slots included).
  • Develop high-quality question banks, topic-wise notes, and learning resources.
  • Evaluate student assignments and provide constructive feedback.
  • Coordinate with the academic team to ensure consistency and quality across sessions.

Working Hours:

  • Total: 8 hours per day.
  • Class Timing: Evening teaching hours are required.
  • Flexible Tasks: Resource creation and checking can be done in the morning or afternoon.
  • Weekly Off:
  • Out of the 7 days in a week, one weekday (e.g., Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday) will be designated as an off day.
  • Work or classes may be scheduled on weekends based on academic demand.
  • If the weekly off is not availed in a given month, it will be carried forward as one additional paid leave in the following month.

Holidays & Leaves:

  • Annual Paid Leave: 20 days per year (includes casual, sick, and earned leave).
  • Public Holidays: All national holidays such as Republic Day, Independence Day, etc., will be observed.
  • Unused Weekly Offs: Added to next months paid leave balance if not utilized.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: Monthly payout at the end of each month.
  • Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses may be offered, based on parameters such as student outcomes, content quality, and class feedback.
  • Remote Work: 100% work-from-home role, promoting work-life balance and eliminating commute time.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: B.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics, or B.Tech graduate.
  • Subject Requirement: Ability to teach any two of the above subjects.
  • Experience: Teaching experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Skills: Strong communication, punctuality, time management, and a knack for resource development.
