Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced
Tutor Community Engagement Manager
to lead and grow our tutor community. This role is responsible for fostering engagement, managing communication strategies, and driving tutor participation across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should have a dynamic personality, capable of leading large community sessions and driving initiatives to celebrate and reward members.

Key Responsibilities

Community Engagement & Management

  • Engage and nurture a thriving tutor community across platforms (Cueteacher app, forums, WhatsApp groups, etc.)
  • Develop and execute engagement strategies to drive active participation and discussions
  • Plan and host large-scale virtual and in-person events for community celebrations
  • Organize virtual and physical events to strengthen community bonds

.Communication & Content Strategy

  • Own the communication calendar across
    email, WhatsApp, Cueteacher app, LinkedIn, and Facebook
  • Create compelling content to engage existing tutors and highlight community achievements to attract new members
  • Develop strategies for rewards, recognition, and celebrations within the community
  • Run social media campaigns to engage the community

Community Growth & Expansion

  • Establish and manage
    Facebook and LinkedI
    n communities for tutors
  • Strategize on methods to attract new members and retain existing ones
  • Create recognition programs to celebrate tutor achievements
  • Monitor and improve key

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Community engagement metrics on posts and discussions.
  • Increase in active participation across channels.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience
    in community engagement, education, or related fields
    .
  • Strong understanding
    of social media, email marketing, and community-building strategies
    .
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability
    to lead large Zoom sessi
    ons and live community celebrations.
  • Prior experience working wi
    th educators or tutor communit
    ies is a plus.
  • Proven track record of building, managing, and scaling successful online communities.
  • Strong understanding of the educational ecosystem and tutor needs.
  • Well-versed with handling data and analytics for community growth and engagement.
