What Youll Do

  • Manage and grow active communities on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Reddit, and YouTube.
  • Post regular content, reply to comments, questions, and DMs, and keep engagement upbeat and brand aligned.
  • Spark genuine conversations and keep discussions positive, helpful, and on topic.
  • Track emerging community trends, feedback, and FAQs; report what people are saying (and what they want more of).
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to match community engagement with campaigns and launches.
  • Keep up with platform basics and best practices for transparent, safe, and authentic community interactions.

Who You Are

  • 0–2 years of experience managing communities or social media engagement (brand or agency).
  • Confident communicator; can chat naturally in comments and posts, and keep the vibe approachable.
  • Understands social platforms and community tools; quick to learn, adapt, and try new engagement methods.
  • Collaborative, self-driven, and OK with handling multiple conversations at any given time.
