Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and update inventory software with real-time data.
  • Maintain accurate product pricing and ensure timely system updates.
  • Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Support warehouse operations to ensure smooth stock movement and dispatch.
  • Generate and analyze daily/weekly/monthly inventory & stock reports.
  • Ensure compliance with standard inventory control procedures.
  • Assist during internal and external audits by providing accurate records.
  • Coordinate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to streamline operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 13 years of experience in inventory management / warehouse operations.
  • Hands-on knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/Inventory Management software.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
