Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present traditional North and South Indian dishes with finesse and creativity.
• Plan and execute daily menus, incorporating fresh, locally-sourced ingredients.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and kitchen safety.
• Cater to diverse guest preferences, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.
• Manage kitchen inventory and coordinate with suppliers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in North and South Indian cuisine (minimum 3 years preferred).
• Passion for culinary excellence and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and handle kitchen operations.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Certification in culinary arts is a plus.
